Please ensure all personal data is wiped from devices before initiating your return to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your FAST CLICK account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Factory reset your device to remove all personal information and securely pack it in its original box with all included cables, manuals, and accessories.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
